CDF Academies

                                            of Martial Arts

                                         Create - Develop - Flow

WELCOME

This site is dedicated to bring forth the finest in martial art instruction.
We have adopted Ted Lucaylucay's logo to keep his memory and legacy alive.
Thanks to L.Trigg for his permission.

Ted Lucaylucay told our academy several years ago that,” Training in martial arts is like painting the Golden Gate Bridge.” He went on to explain that, “ Maintenance crews are constantly cleaning, blasting and painting it. No sooner you get done with the job, it’s time to start over and do it all again.”

Larry Hartsell (August 15, 1942 – August 20, 2007)
was a martial teacher and author,
most well known for his involvement with Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do.
He will be missed by all. For any of you who didn't know this man,
most of our pad work & locking came from him!
